Returns
Timeframe:
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and box.
- Returns for customized items or sale items are not accepted unless they are defective.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@illicitpants.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for cases involving defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Processing Time:
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds:
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing tags, a partial refund or denial may apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
