Returns

Timeframe:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached and box.
  • Returns for customized items or sale items are not accepted unless they are defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@illicitpants.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for cases involving defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds:

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing tags, a partial refund or denial may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
